The magical city of Hoi An, Vietnam [video]

Hoi An Old Town is incredibly beautiful Hoi An Old Town is incredibly beautiful

Hoi An has so much going for it it’s hard to know where to start describing it. Firstly, it is strikingly beautiful. The old town is wonderfully maintained, a real glimpse at Vietnamese architecture from a time gone by. From the narrow streets that ooze charm, to the vibrant markets and beautiful local beaches this place has it all.

While Hoi An looks amazing during the day, it’s at night when the town really comes alive. The place is lit up by thousands of lanterns dotted around town, while the large crowds create a real buzz as opposed to any feelings of claustrophobia.

If you’re heading to Vietnam, you must relax here for 4-5 days, you won’t be disappointed. Check out the video below and see for yourself…

  2. Love seeing Jack and Sarah in Hoi An. How beautiful and traditional. It also looks less hectic and clean.

    • Hey Prue, you’re right Hoi An is far less hectic and much cleaner. Sarah and Jack are having a blast as am I. We’re off to Hanoi on Saturday which I’m really looking forward to. Take care and we’ll speak soon.

  3. Three cheers for Hoi An! Touristy as it is, still possibly my favourite Vietnamese town.
